Deposit & Payment
Alpine courses
In order to secure your place on a course, a deposit of £75 is due on booking. The balance of the course is due eight weeks prior to the start of the course.
Scottish courses
In order to secure your place on a course, a deposit of £50 is due on booking. The balance of the course is due six weeks prior to the start of the course.

Cancellation & refund
For Alpine bookings, cancellations between four and eight weeks will forfeit one half of the course fee. Cancellations within four weeks of the start of a course will forfeit the whole course fee unless a replacement can be found. The deposit is not refundable.
For Scottish courses, cancellations between three and six weeks will forfeit one half of the course fee. Cancellations within three weeks of the start of a course will forfeit the whole course fee unless a replacement can be found. The deposit is not refundable.

Insurance
In order to protect yourself from the loss of non-returnable fees we strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
